Pros

Excellent experience, the possibility to get required skills for work with financials, best way to start career in finance, overall development as a professional.

Cons

As related to Russia - low compensation package. Moscow is one of the most expensive cities in the world, and auditors work thrully hard, having few time for personal time, there families and so forth, while compensation package at associate level does not look competitive.
