Pros

The recruiting process can be very long however it is a great process to go through and in the end can be very rewarding.

Cons

One of the downsides of working for KPMG is the lack of work life balance offered although it is a strategic initiative.

Pros

Very keen to help you develop and give you training with a superb array of courses. Considerable flexibility on hours, holidays etc once you are more senior.

Cons

Pay was just OK. Some people seemed to be promoted by vurtue of how long they had been there rather than genuine ability, though this was changing when I left.

Pros

KPMG LLP is a multi-national firm with employment opportunities throughout the world. It's Advisory and Audit practices are a great start to a career in Accounting or Compliance.

Cons

Compensation for KPMG LLP employees appears to be lower than their competitors. Promotions and advancements seem more based on"who you know" than "what you know."
