Pros

Powerful brand Global network Well know even from small companies, entrepreneurs, etc Lots of responsibilities Small team, boutique spirit (despite the international brand behind)

Cons

Heavy procedures, in particular towards audit (conflict checks) Audit, and to a lesser extent Transaction Services, as core activities, are really more considered than M&A Weakness of after sale service due to the nature of the company : pure advisory firm, not a bank with asset management or fiscal specialist to help clients to deal with the proceed of their sale In the blue chip companie management's mind, an Audit firm, which implies not always invited to pitch or taken seriously Wages under market standards
