Pros

Flexible working hours. Getting the work done takes priority rather than "face-time" If you handle your work efficiently, there is no need to work till very late. Lots of social department events. Can learn alot about your industry

Cons

Pay is relatively low compared to working hours overall. Can get busy during year-end audits. May be deemed as "less glamorous" compared to other financial services roles.

Pros

Great people to work with, above average pay and a continuous drive in every one around you to improve both personally and professionally

Cons

high-pressure, demanding lengthy time commitments and the ability to manage multiple projects at once can sometimes take a toll on your personal life - but KPMG manages the nature of this work far better than other firms

Pros

Open door policy allows employees to seek solutions to technical problems. The management is open to consider suggestions to improve the services

Cons

The firm does not provide much opportunity to allow staff to gain international experience. All forms of work require upper management approval thereby slowing down routine processes
