Pros

Good place to gain industry experience. Other companies love hiring employees who have worked at a big 4 firm. Job safety. Ability to move throughout the company in different roles.

Cons

Very mediocre pay compared to the pay at a majority of other firms. You're just a number to the firm and they don't really care to retain you because they can just easily replace you with a cheap salaried college graduate. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get the most work out of you but won't reward you for the work in the end. The inside of the New York office is extremely old and depressing with 0 sunlight. No work life balance due to the insanely long hours.
