Pros

Diversity, value and culture are reflecting choice of employee commitment, which comes with work life flexibility, comprehensive compensation and benefit package, rotational program, family care program and more...

Cons

performance management system is rigged and doesn't have real connection to promotion and raise, technology work lags behind industry trends with no sense of vision into it soon, a few people promoted every or every other year whereas many are heading no where in career...

Pros

If you like to work both in teams and independently it has its upsides. For the most part, the people in Advisory were congenial enough and the firm invested in professional development considerably, which I really liked.

Cons

When you join a Big 4 Firm ...be ready to work harder than you have ever worked in your life. It's like the hunger games. "May the odds be forever in your favor!" A lot of narcissists and other people on the spectrum end up at Consultancies. So just be aware that while some people are really nice, others are vipers. Also know that if you are a person of color, getting promoted will take 2-3x the length of your white colleagues, especially when they are of the Anglo-Germanic persuasion.

Pros

-Big name firm with a diverse array of clients -Wide range of different practices -Pay and benefits are relatively good

Cons

-Big firm and big office means you are just a number - people don't actually care about you; mentorship opportunities are vastly overstated -While there are lots of smart people to learn from, there is also a surprising amount of incompetence and people with awful personalities -Work/life balance can be extremely poor
