Pros

High performance culture, support from partners, not a backstabbing culture, huge clients, involves many soft skills (client interaction, presentation, attention to details etc) that are also transferrable, team events, recognition of excellence

Cons

Salaries are relatively low compared to other companies, too much internal procedures and bureaucracy that require tedious and manual work, work-life balance is not the top priority and the top employees tend to take too much on their plates

Pros

Looks great on your resume..

Cons

They put you on projects where you are not needed. Long hours, and it's all about the politics. You can spend 3 months there and not learn anything.
