Pros

The main reason to work for that company is enhancing your resume. it looks good to future employers and you can find a far better job after working there for 2 years and obtaining your credentials. One learns a lot, overtime is sometimes better paid compared to other big four.

Cons

This is the most back stabbing environment I ever experienced. When you start as a new associate, you are treated with zero respect, swamped with menial tasks. Working hours are very long, work at the weekend is expected during busy season, so one does not have any time for hobbies or recreational activities.

Pros

None at all... what's there?

Cons

Long hours, politics, backstabbing. This is a partnership, so management only cares about their OWN bottom line. During busy season, you are REQUIRED to work 50 hours a week. But if there is only 1 project with 40 CHARGEABLE hours, what do you do? Take another project that will take NOT 10 hours / week extra but another 4 hrs / day minimum.
