Cons
- Unreasonable job allocation, expect you to finish the engagement within 4 weeks, if you cant finish it, it will eventually become your backlogs. And your respective manager will not bother how many backlog you have and just want you to finish their job asap. - Team Lead is bias when arranging the job because they know which job is easy and bad, so they tend to allocate some relative easy job to themselves. - Bad evaluation system. Your senior will be evaluating your performance, and you as a junior cant give any feedback/evaluation for the senior. - complex leave application. you have to go through many diff people when you wanna apply for leave. I guess the management make it troublesome in order to avoid ppl from applying leave ?
