1:Best place to start your career 2: friendly environment 3: people in my team are supportive,where i learn alot from my team leads and from my colleagues too.

Cons

we have to start working with the experienced team after we get placed...At first i was nervous and scared because I'm the only fresher in the team...but gradually my team mates started guiding me..
