Very good work life balanced company and vary much care about their employees. It's a really good environment, It was very challenging in the beginning bcoz of its started recently in India but they helped me a lot. Friendly Management, They take of Professional and Personal Growth Very Good Work life balance

Cons

As of now insurance premium detected from employee salary but it should be pay by company only . other than no cons as of now.
