Pros

Very little managerial oversight - they let you work without watching you like a hawk. Benefits were not bad. Team members were outstanding. Clean and friendly work environment.

Cons

No raises, no reviews,.no bonuses, poor educational opportunities. In the IT world, that doesn't sit well. Changed the vacation policy to their benefit

Pros

The benefits package that is offered is one of the best I have seen in awhile. Never had any issues with management.

Cons

This is a contract company and the work can come to an end with no notice due to the nature of the business.

Prospective Employees Beware

Pros

Camaraderie amongst team members is excellent due to adversity from upper management forging stronger bonds. Compensation packages are competitive.

Cons

Interpersonal relationships between senior management and PM leadership promotes a sense of entitlement and subsequently causes a hostel work environment while promoting an unhealthy corporate culture as the PMs condescendingly communicate with impunity. I relocated for the job from out of state and quit after five weeks. I had initially and unfortunately transferred my personal phone number to their business account, and after quitting, KSH pulled back my personal number to their Verizon business account twice meaning I had to have my number transferred back to myself three times. During one of the times they illegally pulled back my phone number to their account and used my phone upgrade. I have yet to receive compensation for a new phone - Dishonest & Unprofessional.
