Business Outlook
Pros
Great software dev team. Very cohesive, the team gets along and works well together. Wonderful experience for my first software dev internship. I was made to feel very welcome and ask as many questions as I had.
Cons
Not many downsides. Small company so not a ton of room for advancement, but senior management is great and recognizes talent when they see it.
