      The administration is great. The back you up and make sure you do not feel like you are drowning. They give you all the training you need to make sure you succeed in this career field.

      Cons

      This is a hard and stressful job. It is not for the weak of heart. For the salary of a teacher it is below the public teacher on years of service. But the benefits are a little better than public schools.
