Pros
Workplace culture is great! The people I support from different departments are very good at regulating their own emotions and treating people respectfully. Even if someone is really frustrated with their computer, no one has ever yelled at me or gotten super angry. Most IT jobs aren't like this one. Our manager treats us like actual human beings, and helps us with our work without micromanaging. We have a meeting every Tuesday where we go over projects/ are able to ask for help with tickets. Benefits are good.
Cons
The only con is I know I could work a similar job somewhere else and get paid more.
