With experiencing 15 years in the health care industry, I will say this is the most gratifying job i have experienced. Super friendly staff and excellent supervisors. The flexibility in making your own schedule is a huge relief when you have children. The benefits are a huge blessing that allow you to make an easier decision in returning to school and making advancement with your career with the company!

Pros

This job offers a flexible hybrid schedule. The KVC work environment is very diverse and inclusive of all people. I have been able to learn valuable life skills through training opportunities. I feel like I have a clear purpose at work.

Cons

While training seems very intense at the beginning, I have been able to settle into my position with a good understanding of my work load. Sometimes, I have to work past 5pm but am able to come in later the next day.

KVC's values align with my own and I feel valued for my contributions. Sometimes I forget the time, I enjoy what I do and the people I work with. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and embracing of others. I love my job, the flexibility, the value for work-life balance, the workplace culture, this is just an awesome place to work. I am so excited and happy that I applied and hired at KVC. I have worked many years and different companies, and this is the best. I saved the best for last.
