Coworkers are great and you feel like you make a difference. There are 2 weeks of training before you start working on the floor. Benefits are also good.

I started at KVC just needing a job. I ended up staying for years because I love what I do. I love my kids and coworkers. The management doesn't really interact with the "ground workers" so there's some disconnect between corporate and regular workers. Overall I'm happy to have started my social work career at KVC but excited to see what the next adventure brings.
