      Pros

      Working at KVC truly changes lives of the families we serve and being part of that is so rewarding. It is very hard work, but very much worth the time and effort especially when families make change and succeed! The relationships with other coworkers I have built is life changing and a main reason I stay, especially when times are tough.

      Cons

      Crisis happens a lot and can be stressful and disruptive to your day, but overall it's all worth it even if it doesn't feel like it at the time.
