Pros

KVC is a great place to work. We have flexible schedules and good benefits! I especially like the flexible spending account. We also have short term and long term disability benefits. The teamwork is great. The environment, very supportive.

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to balance the flexible schedule.

Allows you to be self sufficient and complete tasks as you are ready- within a certain time frame. Very involved staff- makes it easier to communicate with everyone. Very active/responsive IT department- resolves issues quick. Provides work phone and computer
