      Rewarding work with children and families, positive team environment, flexible schedule, great benefits, innovative company that cares about staff engagement

      Cons

      Work/life balance can be difficult at times, but the flexible schedule helps a lot with that. Sometimes the days are long but the rewards outweigh the challenges.
