As an organization that helps people achieve mental health wellness, it's imperative that we take care of our own employees. Consider using the Q12 employee engagement survey to bring attention to Q03: I have the opportunity to do what I do best or Q05: Someone seems to care about me as a person. The results will open doors for change and progress in these areas when you answer honestly and share your voice in the State of the Team meeting. Retention is also very important to us. When our teams focus on building employee engagement, an effect we see is increased employee retention. We will pass along your advice to management. Thank you!
