      good hours pay is better than other companies for similar positions OT always available free dental easy to build up PTO hours

      Cons

      health insurance is cheap but it doesnt cover much cliquey staff some staff have bad attitudes

Everyone here is passionate about the work and helping people. The job comes with lot's of flexibility, although you are responsible for managing your time and you will need to work with your clients to set healthy boundaries.
