Thank you for the 5-star review of working at KVC. We're so glad you found it to be FUN since you get to help kids in need. While some of the cons you mentioned may be inherent in our type of work from time to time, we should address them. I hope you will bring up these concerns in your next State of the Team action planning session, based on the latest Q12 employee survey results. There may be some creative ideas for addressing the emotional toll and the sometimes long hours.
