Pros
They are always hiring and pretty desperate, so it is pretty easy to get a job. If you want to try to "change the system" and "help those in need" this would be a good opportunity to test your idealized notions of humanities essential goodness against the utter depressing reality that is mental healthcare in America.
Cons
This place does more harm than good. Overworked staff, understaffed units, and lack of adherence to mandatory client to staff ratio. No therapeutic program present. Possibility of physical violence coupled potential legal ramifications.
