After all, children don’t necessarily find themselves in crisis or danger and need our help only during regular business hours. That’s why we offer flexible scheduling for our employees. While our salaries are comparable with other non-profit child welfare organizations, we do offer a truly robust benefits package and strive to offer our team members opportunities to grow in their jobs and advance.
