      Pros

      Have opportunities to work from home. Lots of turnover making jobs available often. Opportunities at both hospital, residential and corporate.

      Cons

      Unethical, negative employees, terrible inconsistent computer system. Lots of turn over and young inexperienced supervisors. Management doesn't listen to employees.

At KVC, "people matter" begins with our employees and we have launched many new initiatives in 2016-17 to make KVC a great place to work. It is one of our strategic focus areas and begins with our new expanded onboarding experience. We are also focused on achieving operational excellence which means our technology is constantly improving. Your suggestion about leadership development is a great one that we will be discussing and looking for ways to improve how we train our supervisors.

      KVC is very convincing to new employee, that they are the best

      Cons

      Middle management is a waste of time and money , micromanaged by managers with limited knowledge and experience. Poor communication, no collaboration of services with other agencies, case plans are poorly written, KVC employees are held responsible for DCF errors, The sign on bonus is deceiving...
