      Flexibility of schedule, some employees with integrity.

      Cons

      Chaotic work environment. Money is more important than people. DCF is ultimately unwilling to partner which makes for a volatile work environment. Lots of unprofessional conduct and back stabbing.

      You get to help children. That is the only good thing about this job.

      Cons

      This job is a joke. We get paid very little. I work hours and hours of overtime for not very much money. I was told when I was hired that I could "flex out that overtime" but that has NEVER happened. I am not allowed to claim overtime so that is time I am essentially "donating" to KVC. There are certain employees that have worked together forever. If you have a problem with one of those employees, you better look out because you are not going to get anywhere. They use you and abuse you. DO NOT WORK FOR KVC.
