KVC Health Systems reviews

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We always try to understand where a review is coming from so that we can enact changes if needed. This one is challenging because KVC does not have an FSW/family support worker position in Kentucky. Is it possible that the wrong job title or state is listed? It is true that people with negative energy can negatively impact others around them. KVC has recently launched a new initiative on "making KVC a great place to work" which aims to improve the culture in several ways. We are also exploring ways to provide enhanced training to supervisors. We encourage you to speak with your supervisor to ensure the environment is healthy for all.
