Working with children, good benefits

Cons

Being paid 35k a year for a caseload of 35 families, having bosses that don't communicate with each other and getting multiple answers on how to do things, receiving inadequate training which leads to unethical measures and lots of guessing on the spot, poor supervision, burnt out is inevitable.

Some of the best reasons to work at KVC are that you are able to make your own schedule. You are expected to work 40 hours a week, however you are not required to be in an office from 8-5 Monday-Friday.

Cons

Since you are working with children in foster care you may be required to work late nights in order to meet with the children after they are out of school.
