      Working for KVC gives me a sense of accomplishment and like I am truly making a difference. KVC has supportive supervisors and directors, training, staff, and my department co-workers are the best! It is a collaborative and engaging environment where I truly feel supported and valued for my skills and knowledge.

The culture is truly one of a kind - I get to be authentically me and am appreciated for the value I bring to the organization. Decisions here are made based on what is best for our patients and community, something that I've discovered to be rare in most healthcare settings.
