-room for growth if you work on the floor -willing to work with you on pay, hours, and time off -currently working on retention and have been setting up activities for staff to boost morale -opening up new positions which provided more opportunities

Cons

-hours, if you work on the floor, you are required to work a weekend because the hospital is open 24/7 -high stress when working on the floor for jobs such as BHT, safety, and nursing -pay could be better! -still needs a lot of work for retention
