Working for KVC Health Systems is the place I can use the skills I've developed over many years working with many companies in several economic sectors. I've had the opportunity during those years to see what works and what doesn't work in terms of what motivates employees, what turns them off, and how I want to be treated by my managers. KVC Health Systems literally checks every box on my list. My opinion matters, my managers are concerned about my personal welfare, they emphasize good self-care, I have good challenges at work and enjoy the opportunity for growth and learning new things. And, it's a very open and fun place to work! We have a great mission serving those in our society who need help the most!
