Pros

I really love my job working at KVC. Management is very approachable and understanding. I had really great trainers as I am learning my role. All of staff works together well. I really appreciate feeling valued and trusted as part of staff. Expectations are clear and known from the beginning. I feel fulfilled in my position. I appreciate the open conversations if miscommunications arise.

Cons

There are a few moments of miscommunication but that is to be expected.
