Pros
Easily the best job I've ever had. My coworkers are all amazing, my day is generally stress-free, and I feel great about the work I do.
Cons
Obviously, working for a non-profit means they can't be as competitive about pay or benefits, but they more than make up for it with work-life balance and just general happiness.
