Pros
-Training, paid-they send you to Miami if you aren't in the area, pay for your stay -Friendly staff, always helpful -Pay is decent -Benefits are offered -They do not micro-manage you so you can do your job efficiently -They actually care about you. Overall I enjoyed working with the company while I was with them. Unfortunately the owners were too hands on and ran KW over and in the end, they really shafted KW. Owner/Investor interactions should be very limited to property level employees. I enjoyed the management company and hated the owners. Owners micromanaged, were rude, demanding and blew loads of hot air (lied about the amazing things they would do for the property). I wish I had my CAM license, I would've seen if a position was open in the area for condo/HOA.
Cons
-Allowed the owners to dictate everything-in other words, too much "hands on" allowance -Not really geared to rentals as much as Condo/HOA -Not enough forms available for residential -Health insurance is too expensive -Horrible accounting system but from what I hear it's better for Condo/HOA
