Pros

1) Get to learn and work with full stack software development (in Java) for web based backoffice applications, ecommerce (soon), and (iOS) mobile platform. 2) Friendly coworkers. Dress casual. Table tennis, foosball, mini golf and nerf gun (if you bring one) are provided. $2 daily discount at Cafe. Free freshly grind coffee! 3) Flexible work hours, once a week work remote helps a lot for long distance commute and family oriented. Everyone is provided with a laptop. 4) Daily standup and weekly scrum helps work planning and improve internal processes. 5) Shared ebooks for self training and interest.

Cons

1) Work vigorously with code branching as features/fixes are being added and removed (and added again at later time) when business priority shift frequently. 2) Expect to be contacted off hour when production server issue arises. 3) Cafe discount could be more so we can have more snacks and juice. 4) Salary and bonus could be more competitive to attract talents.

Pros

It is a job but don't expect to want to stay long.

Cons

I wanted to believe in KWI. I held out hope it would get better but each year it only got worse. Employee turnover is high. Many feel undervalued. Most problems can be blamed on poor management skills all the way up through the ranks to the executive level. Performance review process is inconsistent and unpredictable.
