Work life balance. Great pay. Ability to advance.

Cons

Benefits are bottom tier. Very high Medical plans. PTO isn’t the best but doable. Travel you pay up front and they reimburse you selectively.

Poor management and senior employees, toxic office environment

Pros

Great patients. There are some good people in the company but not enough to foster teamwork and clear communication.

Cons

Hardworking employees are often undervalued. Retention is difficult if other senior employees are not willing to change and facilitate healthy teamwork. Very high school-like favoritism/bias. Difficult for employees to approach management due to fear of retaliation.

You are a means to an end. They have no consideration for work-life balance. They could care less about retention and job satisfaction. Communication from leadership is inconsistent and changes based on who it comes from
