      Been with IVEDCO/Kabafusion for almost 18 years and still love it!! Kabafusion is a patient care driven company and is very ethical. I personally was given the opportunity to become a Specialty Infusion Manager 4 years ago and since then my career has grown so much. Great Benefits Family oriented

      Pros

      Great company, excellent core values and amazing management. I’ve learned a lot from working for Kaba. Employees and upper management care about the patients and go above and beyond to help them. The knowlege and experience I've gained has been tremendous.

      No downsides, it has been one of the best companies I have ever worked for. All of my colleagues would agree

      No pros at all.

      Cons

      Horrible place to work. Highest turnover rate I’ve ever seen. Company gives people 90 days to open a new territory and be successful before letting them go! No true HR department or sales agendas or training here.
