Reasonable salary. There are some great local clinicians.

Cons

Completely mismanaged company from the mostly absent CEO to the hot tempered CFO to the COO who doesn't understand business. Many poor hiring decisions and promotions from this group. Completely botched a large acquisition of multiple sites. Unethical hoarding of PPE at the start of the pandemic.

Non management people truly care about one another.

Cons

This place is like a big high school. Management continuously is allowed to disrespect and lie on there subordinates to save there jobs. Current management have worked together in previous companies and are clicky.
