Started here a few months ago. The people here are friendly and helpful. Pharmacy manager is easy going, flexible and attentive to my needs. We also have impressive corporate support. I can talk to someone in corporate almost any time if I need to. I feel like we are a big family that really care for each other, yet with the same goal of providing best care for our patients.

Cons

Facility is a little out dated, but everything is functional. I believe corporate is working on improvement/change.

Good company to work for, they care about their employees. They challenge me to learn and develop, offer education to support the development. Growing and providing promotional opportunities. Solid benefit package. Great 401(k)!

Management having a very close friendship with one tech and letting this tech act as a bullying unofficial supervisor, No training NONE! You are left wandering around trying to stay busy while these two snicker and whisper. Revolving door of technicians due to one employee
