-Pharmaceuticals field is fun. - Day can pass by quickly, claims processing is fun yet challenging at the same time making sure all documentation are in place. -Good training - Monthly birthday celebrations and holiday potlucks

Cons

-Management relaxed/too scared to approach other dept that drops the ball on things needed for reimbursement/does not hold other dept responsible and all responsibility falls on individual to keep following up even when there is no reply. -High stress and overloaded with work -Hostile work environment depending on the team you are in- in office gossip, no one is reprimanded.

The company really cares about it's employees and supports them. Competitive salary. Management is hands on but doesn't micromanage. Company has a clear direction and positive economic outlook.

Cons

Company is going through expansion which can require adjustments and growing pains. Nothing out of the ordinary though.
