My co-workers are fantastic. Its nice working with professional people

Cons

No company perks at all!!! Time off is minimal. They start you with 12 days. These 10 days are vacation, sick time and personal time rolled into one. This is not enough to be able to care for yourself, a family or a vacation.

Nurses and Local staff are wonderful. Helpful and caring to patients.

Cons

Local staff has been wonderful. I have worked with the same group of loving and caring staff for almost 20 years. Kabafusion has bought company and has treated staff unfairly. Promising not to close facility. After several months of transferring company info office Staff was given 4 weeks notice of closure. Kept nursing staff only. Nursing staff left to notify patients of closure. No written notification to patients. The higher company does not seem to care for staff or patients.
