Pros

Job was not difficult. At the time, top management was lacking. The people were very nice.

Cons

Small staff meant personalities could conflict. Many jobs had to crosstrain to do others work.

Pros

Management recognizes each employee's hard work and contribution to the company. Employees are treated like family. My manager, my VP and members of the Senior Management were all great!!!!

Cons

Nothing negative to say because my experience with Kabafusion was over all positive. Never was a day that i have to force myself to go to work because of a pleasant environment that i experience every day.

Pros

Deep pocket backing by big PE

Cons

Nepotism. People that stick around are elevated to positions that they do not have the ability to manage so you end up with incompetent "yes" people and others that are promoted for cultural or nepotistic reasons. The company is seen as a laughing stock by other mid-size competitors and everyone with any talent or ability has either already left, was fired, or is actively looking for something else.
