Pros

You have the opportunity to work with different companies, technologies, and people. You get to network with the people you work with and you skillset is never stagnant. They do a great Lagoon day for all the employees and have some other cool stuff they do around the holidays.

Cons

If you don't like change, you may have a hard time. If you don't like learning new things you may have a hard time. Since you are a contractor when you work on different contracts you may not get all the perks that the people you work with are getting.

Pros

Great team, constant challenges, great work benefits. People are very friendly, and more than willing to help whenever they can.

Cons

Driving out to client sites, sometime normal hours are offset due to clients crazy schedule.

Cons

Because you may work on a variety of projects, there are times when you may have to work at the clients site.
