Pros

100% paid benefits - even copayments - for me AND my family! Free lunch and fresh fruit deliveries! Direct impact and influence on projects, outcomes, etc. Legitimately open communication So. Much. Vacation. Time. Plus paid holidays, paid sick time... there is a serious work life balance situation going on here. I feel valued! It's not B.S. You are making a difference - and saving the planet, too! Diversity is happening here. Solid. Stable. Secure. Not one single layoff ever. Positive changes and outcomes based on employee feedback. Team of professionals - not leaders that got promoted just because they have worked there a while or interviewed well. I think the HR team are unicorns in disguise.

Cons

Numerous platforms, which likely is a result of rapid growth. These guys are on top of it though. Don't fear the computer. And if you do, ask for help! Everyone honestly want to help everyone else succeed. Great IT and support teams all around.
