Pros

Spending time with clients, some of the line staff still there are good people

Cons

Upper management and the CEO are blind and unethical. Treat the staff like they’re replaceable and could care less what happens to them. They’re about as muddy as a Louisiana swamp, you can’t trust anything they tell you. Work somewhere you’ll be appreciated and valued.

Pros

The work you are doing is important and there are few jobs as rewarding as working with the clients. The floor staff is outstanding.

Cons

Long hours, low pay due to state funding. Thankless work. Very little upward mobility. Very inflexible with schedules and requests. Little support from management.

Pros

fast-paced, never boring, lost weight I stayed so busy, time flew.

Cons

No time for anything else, because "off time", you're exhausted, or they're asking you to work overtime. High turnover, because they let new people get burnt out. They interview that it's all about "teamwork". What they really mean is that they expect YOU to do what is asked of you, but not to ask "what can the team also do for me?"
