Fresh ideas. Open door. Feel like I'm heard. Lots of needed change , especially at the senior staff level.

Really nice staff, caring and committed.

Cons

They approach their work with a narrow vision doing what everyone else is doing. Management does not think outside the box. Fresh blood needed

Pros

The youth served are wonderful and will inspire you to get up each day for work.

Cons

Management is like a bad high school novel, gossip, mean girls, sexual topics of conversation, bullies and unkind treatment of the youth and management continues to overlook the staff that are abusive.
