Pros

You can count on lots of calls from staffing to work extra because there are never enough nurses assigned to take care of patients.

Cons

Often do not get to eat Bullied into taking more patients than allowed by law Management focuses on petty issues to detract for all the safety problems Low morale Harassment for speaking up about safety concerns Kaiser knowingly puts patients at risk rather than staff appropriately

Pros

The pay is great. Benefits are good. Clean facilities with plenty of toilet paper.

Cons

Bullies are rampant from coworkers to upper management. If you report any compliance issues a campaign of character assassination occurs and Union has little power to stop it. Henry Kaiser would be ashamed of this fact. Kaiser doesn't really care about you. You are disposable. The no retaliation policy is really an expect to be retaliated against.
