      Georgia Region is a Disaster. Run Far Away!

      Pros

      I really can't think of any pros of working here except that the bathrooms are nice and we have iPhones. Other that that nothing.....

      Cons

      Inflexible workplace. No work / life balance. Completely dysfunctional workplace. The company is bleeding money and lots of workers have nothing to do but sit and collect paychecks. It is the DMV of healthcare. No opportunities for growth or training and incredibly boring work. Culturally it is one of the most miserable places I have ever worked (in 15 years of full time employment). No one wants to be here.

      No leadership No decision-making at executive level, or at any level No execution No drive No passion to lead, innovate Not managed as a genuine business enterprise (no concept of ROI...at all, or cost.) "Consensus-driven" means "Purely political"
