      The Growth Potential for those that work at Kaiser is Excellent, For the Most part EXCELLENT people to work with.

      Cons

      Some of the management let the word manager get to their heads. Some of them do not even manage and have no concern for their employees issues or concerns.

      Pros

      The job was easy to get to with Trimet connections close. Dress is less than casual. Not much else to say.

      Cons

      People get little help with their jobs. It is a "go do" approach. Management sets a date without your input and need to meet it. Help from other employees is minimal since they are told they are not paid to help others, just work. To help someone, you need to ask you superior first. Information provided tends to be sketchy, so never trust what you are told.

      The benefits are very good -- practically free health care, and a pension plan.

      Cons

      Kaiser IT is an insanely political, feudal organization. Disorganized and matrixed sixteen different ways. The arrogant and lucky survive.
